Cancellation and No Show Policy

Our goal is to provide quality individualised medical care in a timely manner. Late Cancellations and No Shows (including arriving more than 15 minutes late) create inconvenience and prevent scheduling of other patients who need access to Medical and Allied Health care.

We understand situations arise when you may need to cancel your appointment and we appreciate advance notice when that happens. This helps us be respectful of other patients needs and enables us to give the appointment time to another patient who needs to see us.

Due to the difficulty of filling last-minute cancellations, we respectfully request 24 hours’ notice.

For our Chiropractors and Massage Therapists, habitual no shows and last-minute cancellations may result in a conversation with your relevant practitioner, as well as a missed appointment fee (which is the total appointment cost). Unresolved No Shows may then be referred to another practitioner.

Please understand that we consider this a last resort, with the real motivating factor being our concern for the quality of service we are able to provide to you, and to our other valued patients.
